The successful candidate will have:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred).
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
  • Must have 12+ years of experience performing strategic planning, qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to: project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition management and planning, risk analysis and mitigation plan development.
  • Must have prior experience supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or have worked at the FAA.
  • Experience/familiarity with FAA Orders and/or Advisory Circulars (AC) is desirable. 
  • Knowledge of the systems and processes that currently support Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP) design and development is desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of industry standard office software and applications (MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
  • Experience working with dashboards is desirable.
