Lead Project Controller - Schedule - London
About You
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
· Experience of working in a high security project environment
· The ability to work collaboratively with clients to deliver results
· Strong experience of Construction phase schedules
· Strong understanding of construction processes
· Strong understanding and experience of NEC3 / 4 form of contract
· Strong communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to manage meetings with a variety of stakeholders of varying seniority.
· A collaborative approach including managing project controls teams and working closely with multi-stakeholder client teams
· Good level of proficiency in industry standard planning software, including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Asta Powerproject.
· Proficient developing programmes from “first principles” and comfortable with the concepts of three-point estimates of time, the provision of time risk allowance and production of risk-adjusted programmes
· Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Software, including Excel, Project and Word
· Professional and ethical in everything that you do
In addition, the candidate will preferably:
· Hold relevant project management / controls qualifications (CIOB or APM Chartership)
· Hold a UK Driving Licence
