Lead – Platform Development for Data Storage, Analysis and Reporting, World Bank Third Party Monitoring, Various Locations
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related field.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience leading platform development and IT solutions, preferably for M&E or development programs.
· Working experience with World Bank required.
· Deep experience in one or more World Bank regions (Africa East & West, East Asia and Pacific, Europe & Central Asia, Latin America & Caribbean, Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan, South Asia).
· Proven track record designing secure data systems in compliance with donor standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
· Expertise in cloud infrastructure, API development, database architecture, and user management.
· Experience deploying dashboards and analytics tools for international development or TPM contexts.
· Familiarity with Fragility, Conflict, and Violence operating environments and challenges related to data access and bandwidth.
· Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination skills.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
· Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
