Land Tenure and Property Rights Staff Associate (Remote, US-Based)
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred) in a sector-relevant technical discipline such as agricultural economics, economics, geography, planning, anthropology, sociology, international relations, law, or another related field.
*Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a professional services firm or similar organization;
*Two years of relevant professional experience in a developing country is desired (service in a volunteer program is considered relevant)
*Prior experience with and knowledge of USAID and USG regulations, administration, management, reporting procedures, and systems preferred; and
*Prior experience conducting research and writing on land tenure topics.
*Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural teams - in the Home Office and the field - with strong written, oral, and presentation skills;
*High-level proficiency in MS Office applications; and
*Ability to conduct frequent short-term international fieldwork;
*Fluency in English and French (preferred);

*U.S. work authorization required.

Pay Transparency Statement:
We are committed to taking a thoughtful, compliant, and equitable approach to employment compensation. We commit to providing a holistic comprehensive salary analysis, including reviews of individual skill sets and compensable factors related to qualifications, business needs, internal compensation data, and industry and labor market surveys. The anticipated maximum pay for this position is $55,000 - $74,000 annually.
