Knowledge Management Associate - Remote U.S. or Arlington, VA
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, international relations, engineering, library science, marketing, communications or related field.
- At least three years of relevant work experience in writing and editing technical materials and producing communication tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment, and plan and prioritize activities with precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to format and deliver client-ready proposals and presentations without support from others.
- Fluency in English and demonstrated skills in technical writing and editing.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Experience writing content on energy and climate change sector topics within the context of international development.
- Experience working on proposals or projects funded by international donor agencies and the US government.
- Three years’ experience working in an information, records, or document management unit.
- Experience in using cloud content collaboration software solutions.
- Master’s degree in English, international relations, engineering, or related field is a plus.
- Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish, French, or Arabic.
If substantial experience is demonstrated, a more senior position can be considered.
