The Opportunity:

Tetra Tech is adding Junior Recruiters to our Talent Acquisition team based in our Maitland, Florida office.  This is a projected-based role with an estimated project length of 3 - 6 months (subject to change based on need).  The position requires working a 6-day per week schedule, with varied hours and possible travel when necessary for business purposes.

Your Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for multi-site recruiting and other recruitment activities as assigned. This person will assist with recruiting efforts for all practices including temporary staff recruiting to some technical recruiting as needed. Review and analyze a large volume of financial, contract, and labor documentation.

·       Manage the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.

·       Maintains accurate and timely ATS updates, including disposition status and reasons.

·       Create job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.

·       Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business.

·       Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process.

·       Follow up on the interview process status and update records in an internal database.

·       Process offer and onboarding paperwork for each new hire. 

·       Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.

·       Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness.

·       Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns.

·       Travel required, as needed.

·       Additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

·       Workdays in excess of 8 hours and/or weekend attendance will be required during major activations. 

·       Ability to travel to various locations based on project needs for onsite hiring and recruiting events. This includes out-of-state traveling for extended periods of time. (Travel accommodations will be coordinated and provided for you.) 

·       2 years of Recruiting, Customer Service or Sales experience. 

·       Desire to develop and grow a career in recruiting. 

·       Strong initiative and follow-through, self-motivated and highly organized

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision

·       High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and customer focus

·       Good verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability to identify problems and develop solutions

·       Computer application skills
