IT Technical Support (Maitland)
Qualifications:
Reliable personal transportation
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal day to day instructions
Experience with correcting hardware and software problems on mobile devices and laptops
Strong understanding of basic networking fundamentals
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Plus:
AA/AS or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field
Helpdesk Support or related experience
Typing skills (55 WPM or better)
Experience with mobile phone applications (iPhone and Android platforms)
Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365/19
