IT Support Assistant - Ukraine
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related technical field.
- Experience in IT support or user helpdesk.
- Proven knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other common software applications.
- Familiarity with network protocols, VPN and WIFI.
- Familiar with scripting or development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve software or technical problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power Automate, PowerShell
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. English A2 or higher.
- Attention to detail and accuracy. Responsibility and balance.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexible working schedule.
Physical demands & work environment:
- Possible occasional business travels.
