IT Specialist – Indonesia
Essential KSA’s required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.):
- 5 years of relevant experience, preferably on a US Government-funded project
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- Experience in an IT environment
- Experience in Windows Server environment, Windows 10 and Internet technologies
- Demonstrated experience with Active Directory
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, email and unified communication technologies
- Experience in O365 environment preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, as well as a background in budget review and cost analysis to ensure maximum efficiency of resources
- Ability to get things done, strong proactive position
- Ability to effectively use computer software including the full Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written communications skills to effectively liaise with and advise managerial and technical staff
- Fluency in English and Bahasa are required
Valued but not required KSA’s:
- ITIL Certification
- Tertiary qualifications in an IT discipline or related field
- Technical certifications e.g., MSCE
- Other industry recognized technical certifications
