IT Service and Operations Support (FTC)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A basic understanding of Active Directory – not essential as training will be provided.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Ability to prioritise workload against the needs of the business and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are essential to ensure effective and efficient working.
- Able to work well in a team and good co-operation with colleagues, supporting each other as necessary.
- Ability to work effectively on an individual basis.
- Determined and energetic with the ability to “make things happen”.
- Discretion due to the sensitive nature of some information.
- Ability to follow processes.
