IT Deputy Director - Operations
Qualifications:
· Minimum Bachelor degree or relative experience. Degrees are preferable in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or another related field.
· Minimum 10+ years of experience directly leading technical infrastructure, software development and support staff.
· Prior experience working with FEMA, other federal relief agencies, and/or State level programs is a must.
· Working knowledge of Azure data technologies including Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric and reporting platforms including PowerBI.
· Understanding of Smartsheets including data collection tools and integration using provided API.
· Experience using machine learning AI platforms for data modeling and/or image analysis is a Plus.
· Demonstrated experience working with and customizing a variety of commercial software applications for a specific use.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.).
· Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and plan work to meet deadlines.
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Must have solid written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
