Responsibilities:
- Work independently and manage cyber tasks and projects for the customer
- Manage POA&Ms and POA&M reporting
- Conduct cyber risk assessments for new and existing systems
- Conduct Security Control Assessments
- Conduct other cyber-related tasks as needed and is flexible and adaptable to changing needs and requirements
- Develop positive customer relationships by engaging with stakeholders
- Coordinate with customer and internal project resources/supervisor to communicate the status of program objectives and activities, and to proactively resolve issues and problems as they arise
- Enhance project processes and develop new processes working in close conjunction with established team leads, the client, and relevant stakeholders
- Perform time reporting and weekly status reporting
- Coordinate peer reviews of project deliverables
- Perform final quality reviews of project deliverables prior to customer delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of overall cybersecurity experience
- Understanding of RMF and related NIST publications
- Strong desire to advance and grow expertise
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, escalate risk, and achieve measurable results
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Hybrid role; candidate must be willing to government site in DC as needed (approx. once a month) and to EGT Corporate in Rosslyn as needed (approx. once a week); but telework is subject to change if the Government requires increased onsite support or the role changes
Desired Qualifications:
- Desired (one of these): CISSP, GSEC, GSNA, or other comparable certifications
