Intermediate/Senior Process Engineer
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years design experience in the Heavy Industry (upstream, crude refining, product metering (MARP or LACT), gas processing and oil sands) with either an EPC or operating company is required
- Graduate of an accredited Chemical Engineering Degree program
- Canadian P.Eng. registrant with eligibility of registration with APEGA
- Experience as project Process Lead an asset
- Proficiency with HYSYS and/or Pipe-Flo software (or similar)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to establish and maintain positive client and project team relationships
- Good understanding of applicable industry codes and standard practices
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Responsible for adhering to all health and safety policies and guidelines
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A requirement of working for Tetra Tech is that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada. (A copy of a valid work permit may be required.)
Periodic travel within Canada to client sites and regional Tetra Tech offices may be required. Clearance on pre-placement medical and drug and alcohol testing and background checks may be required for our client worksites. As this position may be serving clients that have vaccination requirements for site access, we may be confirming your eligibility to comply with this requirement.
