Intermediate Electrical Substation Design Engineer - Massachusetts (Remote)
Requirements:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7+ years of working experience in Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience working in consulting firms.
- Registered as a Professional Engineer in US.
- Possess experience in preparing substation plan and profile view, grounding, lightning
- Possess exceptional communication skills (client relations, team project communications, and proposal and report development).
- Possess an extensive background in electrical studies for medium and high voltage systems.
- The ideal candidate will possess Experience in preparing substation plan and profile view, grounding, lightning protection, lighting, cable trench, cable trays, conduit layout and detail installation drawings.
- The ideal candidate will possess experience in preparing technical specification of the electrical equipment, evaluation of proposals, and will be able to review vendor drawings.
- The ideal candidate will possess experience with high voltage substations for renewable and electrical utility clients.
