Intermediate Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Requirements:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in business or administration is preferable
- Minimum of 5 years administrative experience, preferably with consulting engineering or project related experience.
- Must be proficient in Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Pro
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Confident and self-starter
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
This position is a fixed-term opportunity for a duration of 12 months. There is potential for the role to transition into a permanent full-time position, contingent upon organizational needs and the successful candidate’s performance in the role.
