Instructional Design Engineer
The successful candidate will have:
- A BS degree in curriculum or instructional design, education technology, or similar.
- Proven experience as an instructional designer for instructor led training and online help.
- Experience with creating instructional materials or help information using technical or creative writing skills.Experience manipulating graphics and images for use in training media.
- Experience using eLearning development tools (Captivate, Articulate, etc.).
- Experience using HTML editors.
- A minimum five (5) years of relevant experience creating online help.
- A minimum three (3) years of experience in training content development.
- Knowledge of off-the-shelf online help tools (RoboHelp, Aptrinsic, Whatfix, WalkMe, etc.).
- A basic understanding of SCORM, HTML 5, and ADA/Section 508
- A basic understanding of Agile software development framework.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
- A basic understanding of CSS.
- The ability to diagnose and solve problems independently.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to contextualize and synthesize complex information for varying target audiences.
