Individual Assistance Program Manager

Qualifications:

·       Master's degree in public administration, emergency management, or a related field is preferred.

·       10+ years of experience in emergency management, disaster recovery, or a related field.

·       5+ years of experience in individual assistance in the field.

·       Strong leadership and management skills.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

·       Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to travel as required to Iowa.
