I&E Project Manager/Estimator (West TX)

Location: West Texas
We are seeking an experienced I&E Project Manager / Estimator to lead industrial electrical and instrumentation projects throughout West Texas. This role is responsible for estimating, project execution, customer relationship management, safety compliance, and overall project profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid packages for industrial I&E projects.
- Manage projects from bid award through completion and closeout.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and forecasts.
- Lead field personnel and coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs, productivity, safety, and overall performance.
- Manage project documentation, RFIs, and change orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Industrial Electrical & Instrumentation experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience in industrial construction, maintenance, or service environments.
- Experience estimating and executing projects within Oil & Gas, Midstream, Pipeline, Compression, Petrochemical, Processing, or Industrial markets.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, PLCs, SCADA, MCCs, and automation systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- PMP certification or other relevant industry certifications.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to visit active industrial construction and operating facilities.
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and access elevated work areas.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and environmental conditions common to West Texas operations.
- Ability to travel as required to support customer and project needs.
