The ideal candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills and be able to excel within a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential. High level or proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a proven aptitude for data analysis is also essential. Experience with Oracle ERP & Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred. Must demonstrate a customer service orientation.
Bachelor’s degree required. 3-5 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources is desired.
