Human Resources Assistant - Ukraine
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in personnel management, business administration, finance, legal, and/or other relevant fields. A master’s degree is a plus;
- 2+ years of relevant HR and/or operations experience on USAID and/or other multi-lateral donor projects preferred;
- Fluency in Ukrainian and proficiency in English required;
- Excellent writing and communication skills, able to communicate complex information and deliver verbal and written messages effectively;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and be accountable for any assigned work;
- Must be able to manage several tasks simultaneously and re-prioritize as necessary;
- Must work effectively under tight deadlines, both independently and as a team member;
- Must be able to produce accurate and complete documents in a timely manner;
- Excellent computer skills, especially on Microsoft Office Suite;
- Committed attitude to work and desire to learn and progress career in Operations/HR in international technical assistance projects;
