Tetra Tech is seeking a Human Resources Analyst with attention to detail who possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to support a global workforce with offices worldwide and create value for our internal customers. We value client service, excellence, adaptability, and reliability. We are looking for an individual that is self-driven, proactive, independent, and a problem solver. You will be responsible for assisting with critical projects in Human Resources and the administration of our Global Equity Compensation plan. You will be working closely with Operations and Corporate staff to provide guidance on HR policies, applications, and regulations. You will also be assisting with the maintenance and integrity of our stock plan platform database. This position is eligible for our full benefits package including but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Spending Account (HSA), My Flex Time (MFT - paid time off), 401K, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The pay scale for this position is $27.88-$32.70 an hour, based on qualifications, experience, and location. The deadline to apply is 5/21/26.
Your Role:
- Review upcoming regulations and update internal compliance charts
- Assist with Learning System administration by working with corporate IT and local HR staff with questions and employee updates
- Run data for Salary Surveys submissions
- Assist with collection of data for Commuter Benefit Submissions
- Assist with formatting data for AAPs, EEO1, VETS, and Pay Data Reports
- Assist with Audit and/or Proposal data requests
- Back-up assistance for annual bonus process
- Provide support to Division HR Directors on special projects and programs
- Manage and review periodic data imports into E*TRADE’s Equity Edge Online system
- Update and maintain participant profile information in Equity Edge Online
- Manage participation changes related to Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
- Correspond with global payrolls regarding ESPP elections
- Review and update participant ESPP eligibility and participation
- Monitor and respond to Disability Assistance Email Inbox and voicemail line
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Advanced Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Concatenate)
- Work PST business hours
- 2-3 years working in HR field is preferred
- Experience with government and state reporting is preferred
- Knowledge of equity compensation plans (RSU, PSU, ESPP) is desirable
- Strong critical thinking skills, proactive learner, and growth mindset
- Ability to analyze large datasets and identify and correct issues independently
- Possesses a high level of accuracy and precision in all deliverables
- Has a thorough and organized approach to learning and process retention
- Maintains high integrity and ethical standards, proactive communication, and a transparent working style
