Higher Education Subject Matter Expert, MENA MELS Activity, Remote
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in international development, education, social sciences, or other relevant field from an accredited institution is required.
- Minimum eight years of experience working on or researching topics including higher education, education policy, and inclusion required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the MENA region preferred.
- Experience with higher education evaluations preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, writing, and oral presentation skills required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English and Arabic required.
