Grants & Contracts Manager, Digital Strategy Implementation Program, Washington, DC area
Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret-level security clearance required, active clearance preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least five (5) years of experience managing development activities, including contracts and buy-ins.
- Experience creating and managing sub-awards and grants.
- Experience working with USAID-funded contracts and grants, and mastery of USAID regulations and compliance requirements for contracts and grants, required.
- At least two (2) years of experience working with non-governmental organizations managing grants implemented in developing countries.
- Proven experience in customer service, client relations and relationship management.
- Experience working on awards that support digital development, including two or more of the following technical areas:

- Cybersecurity
- Data governance and ecosystems
- Digital finance (i.e., FinTech)
- Digital government
- Gender & other digital divides
- Network connectivity
- Privacy and data protection
- Artificial intelligence technologies
- Digital identity
- Digital Public Goods (DPGs) and Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI)
- Digital skills/digital literacy and digital workforce development
- E-commerce and digital trade
- Geospatial programming/technology
- Internet governance
- Internet-of-Things (IoT) and smart devices
- Last-mile connectivity
- Responsible use of data and/or of emerging technologies
- Social media
- Telecommunications, internet access, and advanced technologies like 5G and open radio access networks
