About the Graduate Program
We are seeking motivated final-year students to join our 2027 Graduate Intake and kick-start their careers in geotechnical consulting.
As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience across fieldwork, analysis and reporting, while being supported by experienced engineers and geologists.
You will:
- Assist with site investigations, including fieldwork and data collection
- Develop skills in soil and rock logging and in-situ testing
- Support the preparation of geotechnical reports
- Work alongside engineers, contractors and clients
- Contribute to projects across sectors such as transport, renewables, property, dams and infrastructure
You’ll be part of a collaborative team environment where learning is continuous, and your development is a priority.
