GOI Liaison and Reporting Manager - Indonesia
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in all subjects or related fields.
- 5 years of relevant experience at the national or international level involving multi-stakeholder projects and partnership development with significant experience working with Donor Governments in renewable energy, power sector and sustainable development projects.
- Experience in handling web-based management systems, usage of software and advance knowledge spreadsheet and database packages.
- Strategic, integrity, results orientation, teamwork, good inter-personal skills, project management skill, well developed communication skill, sound judgement, analytical skill, flexibility, proactive engagement, risk management, gender and culturally sensitivity, ability to work under pressure and demonstrates high tolerance for change, complexity, and unpredictability.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (reading, writing, and oral presentation)
Preferred Qualifications
- Indonesian national
- Familiarity with USAID and Indonesian government bilateral cooperation policy and implementation procedures.
- Familiar with design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development programs.
