GIS Analyst/Environmental Scientist
Requirements:
- A BS or BA degree or higher in Environmental Science, GIS/Geography, Biology, Natural Resources, Marine Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience working with ESRI’s ArcGIS Desktop or ArcPro software.
- Proficiency with ESRI’s field data collection applications such as Collector, Field Maps, Survey123.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, cartographic map creation, ESRI ArcGIS Software.
- Strong oral and written communication/interpersonal skills.
Desired but not Required Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Python, ArcGIS Model Builder, ArcGIS Spatial Analyst, 3D Analyst extensions.
- Working knowledge of ArcGIS Online and ESRI Applications – Web Appbuilder, StoryMap Builder, Experience Builder.
- Working knowledge of Apple IOS and Android Operating Systems.
- Ability to travel to remote sites and perform field work collecting GPS data on natural resource projects – Wetland Surveys, Bird/Bat Surveys, Marine Surveys.
- Front end development knowledge - JavaScript, C#, HTML.
- Experience using Visual Studio or similar.
