GESI (Gender Equality and Social Inclusion) Specialist - Remote
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent in international affairs, gender studies, anthropology, international development, sociology, or another related field is required
- Minimum 10 years of gender equality analysis and action plan implementation experience required
- Proven track-record of designing and implementing practical and actionable USAID ADS-205 compliant gender analyses and gender action plans
- Willingness to travel internationally to project locations and conferences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong research capabilities, using a variety of primary and secondary sources.
- Excellent writing and listening skills to communicate complex information to a variety of audience
- Experience with gender analysis or gender integration within energy and infrastructure sectors or at the nexus of water, energy, climate, agriculture, and finance
- Experience with gender lens investing
- Experience developing and delivering capacity training/ workshops on gender integration and social inclusion
- Ability to work professionally in a foreign language: French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian or Portuguese
