Gender, Youth, and Social Inclusion Advisor for Water and Wastewater Sector Climate Change Adaptation Activity
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
* Minimum master’s degree in gender studies, international development, women's studies, sociology, or other related disciplines;
* Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience mainstreaming GYSI in development programming;
* Prior experience with GYSI on USAID-funded programs is desirable, including knowledge of USAID’s gender and youth policies and frameworks;
* Demonstrated experience conducting GYSI analyses, assessments, and/or evaluations, including experience with qualitative data collection and analysis;
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate discussions on sensitive topics;
* Professional proficiency in English and in Arabic is required; and
* Qualified applicants from Egypt are highly encouraged to apply.
