Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Specialist-Kosovo
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Gender Studies, International Relationships or similar.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience implementing gender equality and social inclusion programs.
- Experience with gender integration methodologies and tools for inclusive workforce development systems.
- Demonstrated ability in successfully interacting with senior level officials from the government and/or with private sector clients.
- Strong understanding of the value of diversity within teams and adaptive leadership skills.
- Proven competence in MS Office Suite including Microsoft Teams.
- Strong cross cultural and communication skills.
- Ability to work professionally in English and Albanian
Valued qualifications
- Experience with gender analysis or gender integration within energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Experience developing and delivering training on leadership and soft skills for women professionals.
- Experience supporting minority groups’ access to the workforce.
- Serbian language proficiency.
Physical demands
- Hybrid work arrangement with at least twice a week in person work at IESWA office.
- Occasional national travel within Kosovo.
