Gender and Social Inclusion Institutional Audit Consultant, Promoting Rule of Law
Qualifications:
- BAC+5 university degree in law is required.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in development and humanitarian project management or related fields is required.
- Minimum seven years of proven technical experience in working with gender and social inclusion programs is required.
- Minimum five years of experience working in the DRC justice sector is required.
- Experience with structured survey methods and knowledge of PRA tools, focus group methods, and interview methods is required.
- Experience in social surveys, preferably within an international organization or research firm using new digital data collection technologies, is preferred.
- Understanding of international standards and approaches to gender equity and social inclusion.
- Strong written and oral command of French is required.
