Gas Network, Technical Projects Manager - Ukraine
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the gas sector and a detailed understanding of the gas industry, including planning and investment-related activities.
- Proven (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) drafting skills and strong presentation and negotiation skills, understanding of gas infrastructure is preferred, as well as the technical, financial, and economic mechanisms that are interrelated in the creation of a fully functioning gas network in Ukraine.
- 1 year of experience working with data sets, excellent quantitative skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to listen and communicate a clear message of purpose to these groups that have varied interests and diverse viewpoints is clearly desired.
- University degree in business management, engineering, or finance, or equivalent, acceptable to Tetra Tech.
- 1 year of experience working on USAID or other donor-funded projects is a plus.
- 1 year of experience working with government agencies is a plus.
