Finance and Investment Lead for USAID RDMA Partnerships for Green Investment

Qualifications:

* Master's degree or higher in finance, business administration, environmental management, or a related field.

* Minimum of 8 years of experience in investment management, finance, or related areas, with a strong background in climate and nature financing.

* A minimum of five (5) years of supervisory work experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and a proven track record managing and coordinating collaboration among stakeholders (including regional and national-level governments, the private sector, and local organizations).

* Proven track record in mobilizing investments from public, private, and philanthropic sources for environmental projects, preferably in the land use sector or related domains.

* Familiarity with Southeast Asia's environmental and land use context, including an understanding of carbon markets, emission reduction initiatives, and nature-based solutions in the region.

*Prior experience working on USAID-funded development programs within the Southeast Asia context is strongly preferred.

* Experience in building and maintaining partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including regional organizations, government agencies, private sector entities, and civil society organizations.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with multiple stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.

* Professional fluency in English required.
