Evidence Specialist, Ethiopia Learning Analytics Activity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a social science, development studies, economics, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum seven years of experience developing and managing monitoring and evaluation field research, evaluations, special studies, and assessments required.
- Minimum five years of experience managing staff carrying out monitoring and evaluation efforts required.
- Experience working on program evaluation teams and/or overseeing evaluations required.
- Experience designing and implementing performance monitoring systems for international donor projects required, preferably for USAID.
- Experience integrating CLA into MEL programming required.
- Experience planning and implementing Third Party Monitoring (TPM) preferred.
- Ability to innovate new approaches to generating evidence.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Amharic required.
