Evaluation Team Leader, USAID Upoma Activity
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as economics, agriculture, business administration, management, or marketing is required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in evaluating projects with focus on agribusiness and market development, public-private partnerships, value added agriculture enterprises, maternal and child health, nutrition, livelihood, and WASH for USAID or other international development agencies is required.
- Experience in designing quantitative and qualitative surveys, studies, or evaluations is required.
- Experience working with private sector firms is required.
- Experience in Bangladesh or South Asia is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience of implementing income generation, market facilitation, agricultural production and/or maternal and child health and nutrition activities, and marketing processes.
- Knowledge of USAID Feed the Future program, USAID regulations and systems, performance monitoring and evaluation guidance, evaluation policy, GESI policy, and/or annual reporting is strongly preferred.
- Strong writing and communication skills in English is required.
