Evaluation Team Leader, Senegal MEL Project, Remote
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social sciences or international development with a concentration in youth required.
- Certification in leadership development or program evaluation is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in evaluation and/or social science research is required.
- Experience in conducting evaluations of development projects and programs funded by bilateral or multilateral donors, with at least three evaluations as Team Leader (Team Leader/Mission Leader) is required.
- Experience in the use of quantitative and qualitative methods in evaluations, including surveys, interviews, or focus groups is required.
- Experience in using software for processing and analyzing quantitative and/or qualitative data is required.
- Experience drafting evaluation reports as Principal Writer or contributed to at least three evaluation reports is required.
- Strong management and team building skills is required.
- Strong ability to read, write, and speak in English and French required.
