Qualifications:
B.S. in Geology, Environmental management, Petroleum, Civil, or Environmental Engineering from a four-year ABET accredited engineering program required. Minimum of six years’ related experience is required. 40-hour OSHA training with Hazmat preferred. Experience in environmental consulting or related experience is a plus. Experience in environmental due diligence (Phase I /II ESA) and with risk-based evaluation a plus. Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations (TX/NM) is a plus. Experience with waste management/remediation systems, remedial design, feasibility studies, hazardous waste, site investigations, site remediation, field sampling, air quality, water resources, and contractor oversight desirable.
Applicants should be fluent in the English language and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Applicant should possess excellent technical writing skills.
Applicants should possess basic computer skills, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently. Computer Skills must include Microsoft Office including Windows Word and Excel. Other software skills such as CAD, GIS, modeling, database development software is a plus.
