Responsibilities:
• Perform work in problem solving situations and find solutions to the problems.
• Work unsupervised as a team member.
• Verbally communicate with people and accurately explain site conditions and site situations.
• Create a work product that is representative of what is required and perform Quality Control and Quality Assurance measures to achieve the required task.
• Conduct groundwater, surface water, and/or soil sampling activities.
• Prepare various technical deliverables including reports, letters, proposals, tables, and figures.

• The candidate will be required to possess and maintain a valid driving license.
• Understand computers programs such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• OSHA HAZWOPER 40-Hour training is desired.
This position requires the candidate to be a U.S. Citizen due to the projects they will be working on.
This position requires background check that will be completed by the US Government.
Education & Experience:
• B.S. degree or equivalent in any of the multi-disciplined environmental sciences, geologic sciences, or engineering required. Zero to three years of experience in the environmental industry or related environmental consulting experience.

o Must be able to move and/or transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
o Must be able to work in outdoor environments.
Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Work will be predominately performed in the southeastern United States during normal work hours. Travel will be expected to maintain this position. The position's primary work environment is office/field work. The position will require travel to client sites and other locations to conduct sampling, site visits, etc. The candidate will be exposed to all weather conditions, varying terrain, wildlife, and vegetation. Site visits or other meetings may involve extended periods of time in a motor vehicle.
Language & Communication Skills:
o Must be fluent in the English language, speaking and writing.
o Must be able to communicate through spoken word and writing effectively and professionally.
Mathematical Skills: Basic quantitative and analytical math skills consistent with the field of study.
