Energy Sector Experts (Cybersecurity) - Kosovo

Required Qualifications: 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the cyber security or IT-related work in critical infrastructure sectors.
  
• Experience supporting USAID or other donor-funded energy projects in Kosovo or the E&E region.
  
• Ability to build effective relationships with peers, supervisors, clients, and stakeholders. 
  
• Familiarity with the political, social and cultural context of working in Kosovo or the E&E region. 
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills. 
  
• Fluency in English and Albanian or Serbian (reading, writing and presentation skills). 
  

Preferred but Not Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field (computer science/management information systems/IT).
• Prior experience working for national government, international organization and critical infrastructure sectors.
