Qualifications:
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, development studies, business, public administration and/or other related social science field.
- At least ten (10) years of experience in the implementation of energy projects, preferably for projects funded by development organizations such as USAID, Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, Millennium Challenge Corporation and other bilateral agencies..
- Experience in and understanding of Southeast Asia regional energy trends and familiarity with key topics, including energy market design, grid integration and reliability, natural gas, microgrids, and energy storage.
- Strong facilitation and presentation of results and data experience.
- Basic knowledge and experience in designing M&E frameworks, theories of change, program logic, and in developing M&E indicators strongly preferred..
- Experience in Southeast Asia a plus.
- Fluency in English is required with strong oral and written presentation skills.
