Eligibility Specialists
The selected candidate will preferably have experience in post-disaster grant and/or housing case management programs. This specifically includes federally funded program management and administration.
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- 1+ years related work experience in case management or project management.
- Must be able to do Remedial Math
- Attention to detail and experience with data tracking and monitoring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills a must
- Problem Solving skills required
- PC, Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required (strong Excel skills Required).
- Ability to learn project-specific computer systems as needed.
- Individuals in this position are expected to maintain a professional demeanor, have strong analytical skills, excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively interact with individuals from various cultures and backgrounds.
- Individuals in this position must have the ability to work independently, as well as within a team.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus.
