Electrical Energy Specialist - Kosovo
Knowledege, Skills & Abilities (KSA) required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.):
- Bachelor’s degree in law, economics, engineering, business or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the electricity sector.
- Experience working abroad and with USAID projects.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Albanian and Serbian language is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in quantitative analysis and reporting of electricity market trends and strategies, and implications for end-user tariffs.
- Full-time availability and flexibility to dedicate approximately one year to the project, beginning immediately.
- Understanding of the EU energy acquis, and all the requirements of the EU electricity grid.
- Knowledge of Kosovo energy sector is preferred.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, strategic thinking, solid communication and interpersonal skills, including being a strong writer and articulate speaker
- Language: Fluency in English.
