The selected individual is expected to define and implement strategies to manage clients, EHS compliance programs and projects in a cost-effective and time efficient manner; and create and maintain collaborative, team-oriented, project teams.  The selected individual will work closely with operations management by aligning project execution and business development with business unit strategic direction and operating plans.

  • 8+ years of experience within the environmental science/engineering field; preference of direct experience within Commercial/Industrial and/or Consulting/Engineering sectors
  • Expert in client satisfaction
  • Demonstrated experience with all phases of Project Management, PMP certification preferred
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree (B. S.) in Environmental Sciences or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental/Civil) from four-year College or University, Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication/interpersonal skills is required
  • Detailed working knowledge of EHS compliance requirements for industry
  • Successfully lead and direct project teams
  • Fluent use of standard office technology, with preference provided to the innovative use of technological solutions 


  • Manage commercial/industrial/automotive client programs and projects
  • Ensure project, program, and client success
  • Support development of client programs into new projects and service lines
  • Develop and implement strategy with key clients, establishing a cohesive programmatic view
  • Expand services from facility compliance support to sustainability services and health & safety support
  • Mentor and lead project teams on technical tasks; be responsible for scope, schedule, and budget
  • Manage diverse client projects that may involve multi-media knowledge including Air, Water, Waste, Hazardous Material Management, Emergency Response/Pollution Prevention, ESG, Sustainability Initiatives, Health & Safety, and Industrial Hygiene services
  • Develop and deliver proficient technical documents, presentations, and/or trainings on regulatory compliance concepts, industry trends, and emerging issues
  • In conjunction with our executive leadership team, create and develop a collaborative culture that fosters sustainable revenue growth, employee retention and best in class customer support
