DSCA Health of Monitoring Assessment Tool (HMAT) Manager, Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation (AM&E) Support, Washington, DC
Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience planning, designing and implementing AM&E programs or projects in the security sector for a national organization, an NGO, the UN, or private industry.
- Five (5) years of experience developing AM&E strategies; designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection and reporting tools; and analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Experience with systems thinking, human centered design, collaborative learning approaches, developmental evaluation, complexity-aware monitoring, gender transformative theories of change, or evaluability assessments.
- Eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance.
