DSCA Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation (AM&E) Training and Curriculum Manager, Washington, DC
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Five (5) years of experience creating, coordinating, delivering, updating, communicating internally and externally, or overseeing the execution of M&E capacity building and formal training.
- Ten (10) years of experience planning, designing and implementing assessment, monitoring and evaluation programs or projects in the security sector for a department, agency or bureau of the US government, a national organization, an NGO/IGO, the UN, or private industry.
- Three (3) years of experience in security cooperation or other areas of the Department of Defense with similar characteristics (i.e. engagement for foreign nationals for the purposes of gaining physical access, strengthening political will, or building capacity).
- Familiarity with DoD Joint Doctrine and DoD Training and Education.
- DoD Secret clearance.
