We are seeking a Driver and Administration Assistant to provide safe, reliable transport services and administrative support for the Australia Cambodia Partnership for Climate Resilience (ACP4Climate) program. The role will support the efficient delivery of program activities through transportation, logistics coordination and general administrative assistance.

The Opportunity
Join the Australia Cambodia Partnership for Climate Resilience (ACP4Climate), the Australian Government's flagship climate investment in Cambodia, supporting improved water resource management and climate resilience. ACP4Climate works with government, private sector and community partners to strengthen climate-resilient water governance and improve resilience for vulnerable communities across Cambodia.
As the Driver and Administration Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the program. Reporting to the IT and Administrative Officer, you will provide safe and professional transportation for program staff, consultants and visitors, while also assisting with office administration, document management, procurement support and event logistics.

Key responsibilities
- Provide safe and reliable transport for staff, partners and visitors.
- Support travel across Phnom Penh and project provinces.
- Maintain vehicles to ensure they remain safe and roadworthy.
- Keep vehicle records, logbooks and maintenance documentation up to date.
- Deliver and collect project documents and materials.
- Assist with filing, scanning, printing and document management.
- Support procurement, logistics and office operations.
- Assist with meetings, workshops and event logistics.
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers and stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to the program.
About You
You will be a dependable and professional team member with excellent driving skills, strong attention to safety and a proactive approach to supporting administrative operations. You will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively and will demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Cambodian national with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Cambodian driver's licence.
- At least three years' professional driving experience.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian traffic laws and road safety practices.
- Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience providing administrative or operational support.
- Reliable, organised and service-oriented.
- Flexible and willing to travel or work outside normal hours when required.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of travel routes across Cambodia is desirable.
