Document Control Coordinator
- Able to multi-task and manage a heavy and varied workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work well within a consultative team-oriented environment. Seeks and welcomes support, feedback, and input from others
- Excellent personal interaction skills; outgoing, confident, and strong personal presentation. Self-starter, willing to learn, seeks out opportunities for career and personal development
- Strong organizational skills
- Receives direction and instructions on new assignments from management team, however is expected to operate independently within a sphere of responsibility
- Makes decisions on individual work flow, recommends changes to existing processes, and develops drafts for onward approval as required
- Must be able to capable of decision-making within defined role and displays strong initiative
- Experience working in an engineering environment an asset
- Intermediate computer skills in Word/Excel
- Experience with databases considered an asset
- Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada
