District Heating Technical Consultant - Ukraine
Qualifications
- University degree in engineering, specialization preferably be related to thermal engineering.
- 10 years overall experience in district heating, cogeneration, local energy systems, municipal energy;
- Demonstrated experience in development of technical terms of reference for equipment and materials procurement for district heating entities, cogeneration plant operators;
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in donor-funded projects of technical assistance;
- Demonstrated extensive experience in working with local stakeholders at municipal level and regional levels;
- Proficiency in English (written, read, spoken, and heard) and Ukrainian.
- Proficient in office computer applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
