District Heating (DH) Team Lead - Ukraine
Required Qualifications

- University degree in electrical engineering, economics, business management or related field combining a science degree with postgraduate on energy.
- At least 15 years of experience with municipal heat infrastructure and legal and regulatory policy relating to the same.
- Seven years of experience in international technical assistance projects in Ukraine.
- Experience in designing, analyzing, and implementing energy policies and strategies.
- Good understanding of trends and practices related to the district heating and municipal utilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex information and prepare and present technical reports, Practical knowledge of DH technical normative and policy framework in Ukraine.
- Demonstrated knowledge of European framework and best practices relating to DH.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
Line Management Responsibility:

The DH Team lead will supervise the DH expert, Engineer: DH Systems Planning, DH Policy Advisor, and Thermal Engineer.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: This will be a hybrid position, but will require frequent, regular attendance at the office in Kyiv, and may entail occasional travel within Ukraine for interaction with local stakeholders.
