Director of Finance and Operations - Sri Lanka
Essential KSA’s required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (specialization in financial management), accounting or similar degree.
- 7+ years of experience in an equivalent position, preferably including working for an NGO or an international organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment and flexibility, and willingness to take on additional duties.
- Ability to communicate fluently and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy, willingness to listen and respect colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to create a supportive working relationship among all project teams.
- Excellent language proficiency in spoken and written English and Sinhalese.
- Very high level of professionalism and tactfulness.
Valued but not required KSA’s:
- Master’s degree in related field.
- Experience working with USAID or other donor-funded agencies
