Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, business administration, financial management, international development, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing the operations, administration and logistics of USAID-funded projects.
  • A demonstrated track record of progressively responsible managerial experience implementing donor-funded projects.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant USAID rules and regulations related to grants, operations, administration and procurement; demonstrated ability to work with a broad range of subcontractors, vendors, and civil society stakeholders and partners.
  • Experience overseeing and managing donor-funded grant programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French is required; fluency in written and spoken English is required.

 

Please note this five-year position is contingent upon funding and USAID approval. Malian citizens are encouraged to apply. This position will be based in Bamako.
